Participants will learn vital skills such as administering CPR, managing an unresponsive casualty, safely using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and choking protocols.

The course aligns with HSE recommendations and follows UK Resuscitation Council guidelines to ensure participants gain confidence in life-saving techniques.

It's a great way for community groups to prepare for emergencies where rapid action could save lives.
